Checkpoints magazine is the United States Air Force Academy Association of Graduates' flagship communication piece. This award-winning magazine provides an excellent opportunity to get your company name and mission in front of current cadets, graduates and some of the most important military and business leaders in the world.
Included in the magazine are articles written by AOG and USAFA leadership, news about base happenings and events, general interest pieces, and a dedicated section for alumni-specific announcements and updates. Published quarterly, March, June, September and December. Checkpoints quarterly circulation is over 31,000 and delivered to every U.S. Air Force Base in the world.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions (the Standard Terms) hold the advertiser and its agent (Advertiser) jointly and severally liable to the Association of Graduates (AOG) and shall be deemed to be incorporated into the attached insertion order (the “Insertion Order”): AOG will invoice Advertiser according to the AOG’s standard payment schedule, Net 30 days. All invoices shall be paid by the invoice due date, unless otherwise noted, or agreed upon by AOG and Advertiser, in writing. In the event Advertiser fails to make timely payment, Advertiser will be responsible for all reasonable expenses (including any legal fees) incurred by AOG in collecting such amounts. AOG reserves the right to suspend performance of its obligations hereunder (or under any other agreement with Advertiser) in the event Advertiser fails to make timely payment hereunder or under any other agreement with AOG. Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Insertion Order, positioning of advertisements within the AOG properties or on any page is at the sole discretion of AOG, unless specific requests by Advertiser are acknowledged and accepted by AOG in writing. AOG may, at its sole discretion, remove from the Insertion Order any component that it believes to be a trademark, trade name, company name, product name or brand name belonging to or claimed by a third party. Unless specified in the Insertion Order, AOG makes no guarantees with respect to usage statistics or levels of impressions for any advertisement. Except as expressly set forth in the Insertion Order, any renewal of the Insertion Order and acceptance of any additional advertising order shall be at AOG’s sole discretion. Pricing for any renewal period is subject to change by AOG on contract renewal. AOG reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, insertion order, space reservation, or position commitment at will. Advertiser may not resell, assign or transfer any of its rights hereunder, and any attempt to resell, assign or transfer such rights shall result in immediate termination of this Insertion Order, without liability to AOG. In the event AOG fails to publish an advertisement in accordance with the schedule provided in the Insertion Order, the sole liability of AOG to Advertiser shall be limited to, at AOG’s sole discretion, placement of the advertisement at a later time in a comparable position, or extension of the term of the Insertion Order until total impressions are delivered. In no event shall AOG be responsible for any consequential, special, punitive or other damages, including, without limitation, lost revenue or profits, in any way arising out of or related to the Insertion Order/Standard Terms or publication of the advertisement, even if AOG has been advised of the possibility of such damages. AOG shall have no liability for any failure or delay resulting from any governmental action, fire, flood, insurrection, earthquake, power failure, riot, explosion, strikes whether legal or illegal, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other condition beyond the control of AOG affecting production or delivery in any manner. Advertiser warrants and undertakes that: (A) all of Advertiser’s activities under or in connection with this Insertion Order shall comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation any privacy laws; (B) Advertiser has obtained all necessary consents, licences, authorizations and clearances in connection with the advertisements; and (C) the advertisements will not infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party. Advertiser will provide all materials for the advertisement in accordance with AOG’s policies in effect and the lead-time prior to publication of the advertisement. AOG shall not be required to publish any advertisement that is not received in accordance with such policies and reserves the right to charge Advertiser at the rate specified in the Insertion Order. Except as otherwise provided in the Insertion Order, the Insertion Order is non-cancellable by Advertiser. No conditions, other than those set forth in this document shall be binding on AOG unless specifically agreed to in writing by AOG. AOG policy restricts from any and all promotion through the AOG from the following organizations, including affiliates and subsidiaries, whose primary product(s) and/or service(s) are characterized by: (1) national accreditation, (2) insurance, (3) banking, (4) financial investing/planning, (5) health solutions, (6) direct/independent sales (commonly referred to as “multi-level marketing”). AOG policy restricts from any and all promotion through the AOG from the following organizations, including affiliates and subsidiaries, whose primary product(s) and/or service(s) are characterized by: (1) national accreditation, (2) insurance, (3) banking, (4) financial investing/planning, (5) health solutions, (6) direct/independent sales (commonly referred to as “multi-level marketing”).
