Welcome current and
future Legacy Classes!
What is a legacy class?
The legacy class program pairs cadets with the class that graduated 50 years prior. For example, the Class of 1979 is the legacy class for the Class of 2029. The role of the legacy class is to engage and support a current class of cadets throughout their four years at the Academy.
A 47-month cycle encourages engagement between the two classes. This begins with Appointee & Family Welcome Day at the Doolittle Campus. Other engagement opportunities include invitations to milestone events such as the Acceptance Day Parade, Exemplar Dinner, Commitment Dinner, Ring Dance, 100s Night and more.
