At the center of the Terrazzo sits Mitchell Hall, where generations of cadets have gathered for meals, camaraderie and tradition.

The structure’s construction was groundbreaking, so to speak, and now it moves more than 3 million meals each year. Mitchell Hall remains one of the most iconic buildings at the U.S. Air Force Academy, and is revisited by grads today.
