Registration FAQs

Where is my receipt?

Your reunion registration receipt is automatically sent to the email address you provide during registration. It will come from info@events.afr-reg.com. If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as it often ends up there due to various firewalls.

Can I update or change my registration?

Yes. Log in to your registration using the button or link at the top of the receipt emailed to you from info@events.afr-reg.com. Update your registration and make your payment.

How do I cancel part or all of my registration?

Contact Armed Forces Reunions by email at USAFAInfo@afri.com or call their main office in Virginia at 757-625-6401. Their office is open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

What is included in my registration fee?

This fee covers the administrative costs of organizing your reunion, including staffing, materials, lanyards, name tags, signage, and other reunion-related expenses.

What if I’m married to a USAFA classmate from the same year; do we need to register separately?

Yes. Each classmate must create their own registration. This ensures everyone appears under ‘View Attendees’ and has an accurate name tag.

What is the refund policy?

For attendees canceling reunion activities before the cutoff date, Armed Forces Reunions shall issue a full refund, less the non-refundable registration fee ($10 per person) and the credit card convenience fee.

Attendees canceling reunion activities after the cutoff date will be refunded to the fullest extent permitted by the Association & Foundation's policies and Armed Forces Reunions' vendor commitments and guarantees, less the non-refundable registration fee and credit card convenience fee.

Cancellations will be accepted Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays, by calling Armed Forces Reunions at (757) 625-6401 or emailing USAFAinfo@afri.com. Refunds are processed within 4-6 weeks after the reunion.

Canceling your hotel reservation does not cancel your reunion activities.

What is the security procedure for gaining access to the Academy if I do not have a valid DOD ID card?

Two to three weeks before the reunion weekend, you will receive a text message or email with a security link. This link must be completed by anyone driving onto the Academy for reunion activities.

If you are a foreign national using a passport, you will need to email a copy of your passport to the Association & Foundation at reunions@usafa.org. Be sure to state which reunion you are attending.
