Board of Directors
Effective July 1, 2007, the Association of Graduates is governed by a board of directors consisting of 11 elected directors and up to four appointed directors. The board presently has 12 directors and will grow to its ultimate size of 15 in 2010. The board of directors establishes the overall strategic direction of the AOG. The governance structure was adopted by vote of the membership on May 4, 2006.

The By Law Review Task Force (BLTF) has scheduled meetings for:
5 January 2010 at 1300 MST in Doolittle Hall
20 January 2010 at 1700 MST in Doolittle Hall
2 February 2010 at 1700 MST in Doolittle Hall
16 February 2010 at 1700 MST in Doolittle Hall
The general agenda for the BLTF is a comprehensive review of the bylaws as required by Article XVII, Section 1.
