We invite qualified candidates to apply for the
position of Assistant Director, Annual Giving. This permanent full-time
position reports directly to the Director, Annual Giving. Candidates should have
experience in the fundraising.
This position works closely with a variety of Academy Alumni
and AOG staff and is integrally involved in fundraising
initiatives.
The Assistant Director, Annual
Giving is responsible for following and implementing strategic
plans, creating and analyzing reports directly related to
solicitation appeals and donations, developing messaging for direct
mailings and brochures, as well as a variety of administrative
duties. Great Benefit Package.

Qualifications REQUIRED:
A bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of one to two years of fundraising
experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Suite 2007
Excellent verbal and written communication
skills
An organized individual with a strong
goal-oriented approach to fundraising
Qualifications Desired:
Experience in fundraising for a major college or
university
Experience with The Raiser's Edge fundraising
software
Familiarity with non-profit organizations
USAF
Academy graduate
