R. David Yost '69

R. David Yost '69 was CEO of AmerisourceBergen, a "Fortune 100" company and one of the largest pharmaceutical services providers in the United States. During Mr. Yost's 37 years with the company and its predecessors, he held a variety of positions, including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Group President, Division Manager, Corporate Sales Manager, Hospital Sales Manager, Territory Manager, and Retail Services Manager.

In addition, Mr. Yost serves on the board of directors of Bank of America, TYCO International, ITT Execelis Inc. and Marsh & McLennan Companies. Previously, Mr. Yost has served on the boards of Electronic Data Systems, PharMerica Corporation, AmeriSource Health, AmerisourceBergen, the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers, and Aetna. Mr. Yost is a 1969 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and holds an MBA degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.
