Southeast Asia Memorial Pavilion - Phase II
The Class of 1970 and the AOG/UE are requesting images, video, stories, and oral histories of time spent in South East Asia (SEA) during the Vietnam War to provide content for the project being installed at the Pavilion. We need your assistance to gather and translate your experiences of the Vietnam War into displays that portray Graduate involvement and provide a Heritage context for the Cadet Wing and other visitors to the Memorial Pavilion. Below you will find some guidelines on how best to supply the content and information.

Post Modern Company can also provide scanning, digitizing, and related services for material that is not in a digital format. Please contact us to review your materials so we can determine the best process for obtaining and safeguarding this material.
- For digital photos and images a 300 DPI resolution or better is preferred. Please remember that some email attachments cannot exceed 5MB.
- For video elements, we would prefer that any digitized videos be in .MOV formats. Please contact us to discuss other video elements or sources.
- For film (8 MM or 16 MM) please contact us to discuss options to help digitize and preserve these resources.
- For audio elements, the preferred file format would be an MP3 audio file. Please contact us for more information on other audio formats
Written material (stories, articles, reports, etc.) will be edited to accommodate for space and will not exceed 150 words in most cases. All other material may also be edited to meet project needs.
By submitting material for this project, you are giving permission to Post Modern Company, the AFA Class of 1970, AOG, and supporting service providers, for the full use of this material for this project. In addition, this material can be utilized for promotional and informational needs related directly to the project and for future fundraising projects for the Class of 1970.
While not all material will be used in the Pavilion; we expect that much of the useful and appropriate material will be made available on a future related website dedicated to capturing graduate accomplishments/memories during the war. Material for the web site may exceed 150 words.
